How to Concentrate with Gamification

I’ll assume that you like games. I mean, who doesn’t? When you hear the sound of leveling up or the experience sound from killing mobs, you feel a sense of accomplishment. After all, you made it into the leaderboard.
Imagine if life is just like a game.
When you read books, each page you read will grant you an xp+1 award. You carefully read the whole book to level up and fight the next boss: math quiz.
When a teacher gives you an assignment, you get a quest+1 notification.
Quest
Complete the math questions on pages 12–20.
Reward:
Xp+5, gold+2 , teacher’s impression +1
The above scenarios have occurred in our daily lives. But the addition of instant feedback, awards like xp and gold, will make us more willing to do something.
So now, you opened your textbook about biology. You finished reading the first chapter. The system immediately gave you a xp+5 award, giving you more reasons to continue reading the textbook.
To make this gamified life come true, you can simply use a notebook or use your phone’s note app.
On the first page, write down your character name, level, attributes, and experience.
On the second page, you can add your goal. An example goal would be: “Get all As”. Then underneath your goal, add the approximate level that will help you reach your goal.
On the third page, you can add the bosses that you might encounter, such as “math quiz boss” and the date.
On the fourth page and onwards, you label the top as Quest. Then write the date as the header. The tasks you need to do would be turned into each quest. You can weight how much xp the quest will give depending on how willing you are to do it.
